Dear Classmates,
Plans are coming together for a great 45th Reunion weekend at the end of October. We have chosen the renovated El Tropicano Riverwalk hotel as our central location and the site of our main event on Saturday evening. Heavily discounted guest rooms and parking are available for you to reserve so you can spend more time with your classmates and friends. Here are some highlights:
• Saturday night Dinner & Dance with a great four piece band
• Live Auction will be limited to 30 minutes while band is on their break
• Friday evening Guided Riverwalk Cruises – see the new “Museum Reach”
• Saturday AM campus tour of AHHS & dedication of our Class of ’65 Plaque
• Saturday golf outing at San Antonio Country Club
• Sunday morning Brunch hosted by Suzy and Cappy at La Fonda on Main Ave
Saturday’s party will concentrate on fun and friends and dancing. While we want to continue our tradition of raising some money for our Class of 1965 Fund on deposit with AHISD, the live Auction will be limited to no more than 30 minutes while the band is on break. And this year the party is open to other AHHS grads; if you have siblings or friends who were in adjacent AHHS class years, please invite them to register and join us. The more the merrier!
